For Counselors

Quick Facts for Counselors

Counselor and student

Each summer, we hire approximately 25 college undergraduates to mentor students in the PROMYS high school program. Counselors are drawn from the top mathematics majors across the U.S. and around the world from a wide range of colleges and universities. They spend an intensive six weeks living on the campus of Boston University, where we rely on them to create a supportive atmosphere in a vibrant and diverse mathematical community.
